Site Engineering Inc. promotes and maintains an OSHA compliant Safety Program that is administered by our OSHA Certified Trainer. We are able to provide in-house and site specific safety training so all our employees maintain current certifications. Additionally, we are able to provide this service to others including our subcontractors and partners as needed.

Paxton joined SEI full-time and maintains the company’s reputation for quality work and client satisfaction. He is responsible for active oversight of all company operations including estimating and contract negotiations, financial reporting and banking, and satisfactory project completion.
Dwight joined SEI in 1994 and served as President from 2014-2019. He is currently the Chief estimator and is involved with scheduling and management on key projects.
David joined SEI in March 1997. He is currently responsible for the overall allocation of personnel and equipment resources for all company projects. Additionally, he continues to manage select key projects and provides oversight and advice for the project management team.
Carter joined Site Engineering in 2016. He is currently a Project Manager responsible for daily management of several million dollars of work in process. He strives to maintain an excellent relationship with our clients and supports our field personnel in order to maintain efficient, safe, and clean job sites that maximize production and ensure satisfaction upon project completion.
Tamara joined SEI in February 2016 as an Administrative Assistant in Estimating. In 2020, after completing the required OHSA training she became the company’s Safety Officer. She currently coordinates Site’s Safety Program providing in-house certification training and promoting jobsite OSHA compliance.
Diane joined Site Engineering in December 2000. She is responsible for and maintains all accounting oversight, creating internal policies and spending controls, and coordinating and supplying external tax accountants with all financial reports. Additionally, she oversees payroll, HR management, and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Dominic joined Site Engineering Inc. in 2024. He is currently an Assistant Project Manager, responsible for assisting the Project Managers with daily tasks. He also maintains an excellent relationship with our clients, and supports our field personnel to maintain efficient, safe, and clean jobsites.
Elizabeth co-founded Site Engineering Inc. in 1983 and served as Chief Financial Officer until 2020. She currently assists management with financial reporting and special projects.
Byron is the founder of SEI and served as president from 1983 to 2014. He acts as an advisor and consultant to current management.
