North Powers Ferry Rd. Streambank Repair & Culvert Replacement

Site Engineering contracted with Sandy Springs to rehab the existing storm detention facility in the Crossroads Manor Subdivision.

The detention area had heavily overgrown with vegetation and excess accumulation of sediment hindering the water flow. Site Engineering cleared roughly 20 large trees and regraded the entire detention pond.

In addition, approximately 33 linear feet of existing corrugated metal pipe was removed and replaced with 30” reinforced concrete pipe and associated items. Also installed was a junction box, headwall and we replaced portions of sidewalk curb and gutter as well as install and maintain proper BMP’s throughout the project.
