Fulton County contracted Site Engineering Inc to extend new sanitary sewer pipe and manholes along Manning Drive, Pinetree Circle, and Cold Creek Drive within the City of Alpharetta Right of Way. The project involves installation of 2800 lf of 8” HDPE SR17 from depths of 6’-18’, 12”-20” steel casing, 1154 lf of 6” HDPE from depths of 6’-18’, and precast manhole from depths of 6’-12’. Clearing and grubbing, as well as rock blasting, was required to prepare the jobsite for excavation. Bypass pumping to 25,000gpm was used during construction to ensure minimal interruption to residents. After Site Engineering was done, the landscaping and vegetation of disturbed site was restored to its previous state; and all driveway and roads demolished for construction were repaired.
