Byron is the founder of SEI and served as president from 1983 to 2014. He acts as an advisor and consultant to current management.

EXPERIENCE WITH SITE ENGINEERING, INC.:

Byron founded and served as President of SEI from its inception in October 1983 until June 2014.  Under his direction SEI became a respected Contractor capable of performing major infrastructure projects including water, sewer, storm drainage, streambank stabilization, parks, dams, and site work.  He continues to act as an advisor and consultant to current management.
