Laurel Park Lake Dredging and Spillway Replacement
Site Engineering rehabilitated the Laurel Park Lake and surrounding park amenities for the City of Marietta.
The project involved dredging of the lake and off-site removal of the lake sediment. Project construction occurred while the non-construction areas of the Park remained open to visitors. In addition to rehabilitating the Lake at Laurel Park, Site Engineering installed the following amenities: New spillway structure with faux stone finish, spillway energy dissipater, boardwalk, pedestrian bridge, pedestrian path removal and replacement, sanitary sewer replacement, and fencing.
