Duluth Pinecrest Area Sewer

The project included the installation of approximately 6,000 LF of new 8-inch sewer main, 320 LF of 24-inch jack and bore, and 1,100 LF of new 8-inch water main, as well as the decommissioning of an existing pump station and associated roadway paving improvements. Extensive clearing was required to establish the new sewer easement, along with rock excavation and blasting to facilitate installation of the sewer main. The majority of the work was performed adjacent to residential properties, making final restoration a critical component of the project.
