The City of Duluth contracted Site Engineering for extending the city sewer system to service a new development consisting of 175 single family homes in Hall Circle, Duluth. The project consisted of three phases and involved laying 1,085 lf of 8” DIP at depths ranging from 6’ to 16’ deep, as well as 40 lf of 18” RCP for storm drainage. 6 sewer manholes were constructed to lay the sewer and tie into existing infrastructure. Since construction ran through Fox Street, Site Engineering used traffic control throughout the project to keep the street open for vehicle traffic. Site Engineering staked 1,880 lf of Silt Fence to control erosion and seeded half an acre of land to restore the natural vegetation.
